Yes. Every plan includes a trial period with no credit card required. You get full access to all features in the plan so you can evaluate how Locate2u fits your workflow before committing.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you will be charged the prorated difference.
A seat is any user who logs into the Locate2u platform, whether they are a dispatcher, driver, or admin. Each driver using the mobile app counts as one seat. You can add or remove seats at any time.
Yes, annual billing is available and comes with a discount compared to monthly billing. Contact our sales team for annual pricing details and to discuss the best option for your business.
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice with NET 30 terms. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
No. There are no cancellation fees and no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time and continue using the platform until the end of your current billing period.
