The DoorDash Commerce Platform includes five key products that merchants can customize to fit their business, whether in-store or online:

Here’s a scenario: The owner of a local restaurant wants to grow their business and improve operations.

“The DoorDash Commerce Platform is designed to meet this need by offering a comprehensive set of tools that allow merchants to create direct channels — whether through online, phone, or in-store ordering — and build lasting, direct relationships with their customers,” says Adarkar. 

Earlier this month, DoorDash partnered with several new merchants for on-demand delivery for the upcoming busy shopping season. 

This initiative not only saves customers time but also reduces the stress of last-minute shopping, making it easier for people to get what they need without the hassle of going out.
