Bunnings and Uber have partnered to make home improvement jobs faster this festive season. When you are busy with a DIY project, you don’t want to break the momentum by leaving to buy wanted tools and products in-store.

The home retailer has teamed up with Uber to offer customers same-day delivery from selected Bunnings stores across Australia this holiday season.

As many as 63 regional stores nationwide are included in the list of parcel-sized orders that can be ordered via Uber from eligible stores.

Customers are still given the option to choose whether they want economy delivery or click-and-collect.

Why Uber offers Bunnings customers same-day delivery

Uber has been servicing Bunnings customers with same-day delivery, but this new phase will include even more stores.

This partnership will allow customers to place their orders online by 2 p.m. and receive them by 7 p.m. the same day.

Bunnings wants to give ‘better experience’

DIY enthusiasts can enjoy a much faster service with the wider store selection of same-day delivery from Bunnings.

Bunnings COO Ryan Baker says the company is committed to offering customers a better experience while also focusing on lower prices.

“This builds on our current same-day parcel delivery offering across metro Australia, bringing more convenience to our regional customers and hopefully helping to ease some of the stress this time of year can bring,” says Baker.
