As 2022 kicks off, we wanted to share with you some good news from the end of last year.
We acquired a Shopify App called Local Delivery. Local Delivery is an app that enables your Shopify store to be set up for deliveries in your local area, along with in store click and collect.
Local Delivery is a perfect fit for any business using/looking into Locate2u. Our customers have told us that capturing orders from their Shopify store and automatically integrating them into Locate2u is critical to provide fast deliveries to their customers.
Local Delivery enables you to select the zipcodes you service and the number of deliveries you can do in a day. This means Local Delivery will automatically stop offering delivery on a day where you’ve reached capacity. It also allows you to select the exact areas you can deliver to. This lets customers know if delivery is an option for their location and when it is available.
This is the future of delivery. When a customer checks out on your ecommerce store they shouldn’t have to guess when their purchase will be delivered. Local Delivery allows you to offer certainty to your customers.

Using Local Delivery + Locate2u gives you a time window for delivery and also provides your customers with a live tracking link. Live tracking is key for you and your customer to know exactly where your driver is. This visibility also means customers receive accurate ETAs for deliveries.
